Mike will be celebrating his 39th anniversary
at the Lion Brewery in August 2019 and has, during that time, put his heart and
soul into running the pub. He was worked relentlessly over the years to ensure
his pub remains at the heart of the community, and has helped raise an
absolutely staggering £200,000 for various charities through a number of
events. Mike’s sheer passion for life means that the Lion Brewery has become
more than just a place to drink, he has made certain that everyone is always
made to feel welcome and as a regular award winner, Mike believes that being
part of the community is key to his success.
