Within the first three months of your substantive agreement, your Property Manager will conduct a thorough review with you to discuss your repairing obligations, answer your questions and to help you understand how you can access the property services available to you. ​This will cover matters such as statutory certification, health and safety compliance and outline the key elements of our on-going property relationship.  


Throughout the life of your agreement you will be supported by a 24 hour property helpdesk that is available to provide help and advice on all property repair issues, including insurance claims.​
